Product description
The dust-free feeding station is a specialized equipment for feeding powdery and granular materials. Its core function is to prevent dust from escaping during the feeding process. Working principle
1. When materials are being fed in, the equipment uses an internal negative pressure device to create a local negative pressure environment, firmly controlling the dust generated during the feeding process within the sealed feeding bin, preventing it from escaping outward;
2. The dusty airflow is sucked into the filtration system by negative pressure, and the dust particles are intercepted and adsorbed by the filter screen, achieving gas-solid separation;
3. The filtered clean air is discharged through the equipment's outlet or recycled back to the workshop, completing dust collection and air purification, ensuring that the feeding process is dust-free.
